Overview

Am I Pretty? provides private photo-presentation feedback for consenting adults. This policy explains what is processed, why, and for how long.

Free Photo Analysis

The free tool accepts one portrait photo after you confirm that the person is at least 18 and that you have permission to upload it. The browser removes metadata and creates a bounded derivative before upload. The derivative is stored privately only long enough for safety and photo analysis, then deletion is attempted immediately. A scheduled cleanup process retries failed deletions.

Free results are not published, given a public result URL, or stored as public pages. We retain limited anonymous operational data such as request timing, model and prompt version, result status, score range, rate-limit information, and optional helpful/not-helpful feedback. We do not retain the free report text with that feedback.

Paid Photo Upgrade Reports

A paid report may reuse the current photo and accept up to two optional identity reference photos. These inputs remain in private temporary storage while the report and images are generated, then are deleted. The completed private report, generated images, and PDF are available through an unguessable access link for approximately 30 days, after which automated retention cleanup removes them.

AI Providers

Photos and bounded instructions are sent server-to-server to configured AI providers only to create the requested analysis and outputs. The service is configured not to use uploaded photos to train AI models. Provider processing is subject to the provider’s security and retention controls.

Payments And Email

Stripe processes the one-time $9.99 payment. We do not store full card numbers. Checkout email is used for the receipt and private report delivery. Transaction and fulfillment records are retained as needed for accounting, fraud prevention, refunds, and support.

Analytics, Cookies, And Abuse Prevention

We collect basic page and product events to understand reliability and usage. Cloudflare Turnstile and rate-limit signals help prevent abuse. These systems may process IP address, browser, device, and challenge data. Private report pages do not load public analytics.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Limited data is shared only with infrastructure, AI, payment, email, analytics, and security providers needed to operate the service, or when legally required.

Security And Choices

We use encrypted transport, scoped private storage, access controls, signed URLs, and bounded retention. No internet service can guarantee perfect security. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of retained personal information by contacting us. Some payment or legal records may need to be retained.
