Acceptance And Eligibility

By using Am I Pretty?, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18. You may upload a photo only when the depicted person is an adult and you have permission to use the photo.

What The Service Does

The free tool gives an AI interpretation of how one photo presents the person through expression, lighting, framing, and styling. It does not determine objective beauty, personal worth, identity, age, health, race, gender, or another sensitive trait. A different photo can receive a different result.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for uploads, optional instructions, and how you use results. Do not upload minors, non-consenting people, illegal or unsafe content, identity documents, or material that violates another person’s privacy or rights. Do not use outputs to impersonate, deceive, harass, discriminate against, or make high-risk identity decisions about anyone.

Generated Images

Generated images are labeled as AI-generated previews. They are visual directions, not authentic camera captures or guaranteed replicas. You may use your outputs for your own dating, social, and professional profiles, subject to applicable law and third-party platform rules. Do not resell them as stock, represent them as identity documents, or use them to impersonate another person.

Payment, Delivery, And Access

The Photo Upgrade Report costs $9.99 as a one-time payment, not a subscription. It includes a detailed report, three AI-generated photo directions, practical retake guidance, a private Web report, PDF and image downloads, and one image reroll. Delivery is asynchronous and timing may vary. Private report access normally expires after approximately 30 days.

Rerolls And Refunds

One reroll of one generated image is included. If the system fails to deliver the report and three images, you may request a full refund. For subjective dissatisfaction, use the included reroll first. If the reroll still has obvious identity drift or serious artifacts, you may request manual full-refund review within seven days. Style preference alone does not guarantee a refund. Refunded orders lose report access and their private report artifacts are deleted.

Intellectual Property

You retain rights you hold in permitted uploads. The service, interface, code, and documentation remain protected by intellectual-property law. Your use of generated outputs remains subject to provider and applicable-law limitations.

Availability And Termination

We may reject unsafe or unusable photos, enforce usage limits, suspend misuse, or change or discontinue the service. We may terminate access when these terms are violated.

Disclaimers And Liability

AI output can be incomplete, subjective, or inaccurate. The service is provided without a guarantee of attractiveness, identity preservation, dating, social, professional, or other outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
